Dear all,
Working with the different research nodes of the Faculty of Arts, we have found a number of common interests. As previously announced, we are organizing an informal, inter-node workshop to further explore these interests on December 7, under the heading ”The Power of Information”.
Participants in four of the nodes will present their research, tentative projects, and/or other activities. The format will be brief presentations with plenty of time for discussion. In a concluding discussion, we would like to explore opportunities for future collaboration, research applications, workshops, invitations, etc.
Please let us know if you want to attend, to present, discuss, or otherwise, if you haven’t already done so! We plan to have lunch together at Matikum, so we need to have at least a rough estimate of the number of participants. We are not sure that the nodes will be able to to pay for lunch, but we will see what we can do. Fika is included – of course!

Programme (room 6-0022, Engelska Parken):
10.15-11 Presentation by the node Conflict & method
11-11.15 Kaffe
11.15-12 Presentation by the node Science Validation Partial Perspectives
12-13.15 Lunch in Matikum
13.15-14 Presentation by the node History of Media 1750-1850
14.15-15 Presentation by the node Knowledge Organisation Power
15- Concluding discussion
