Lika villkorspris till Anita Hussénius

Föreståndaren Anita Hussénius på Centrum för genusvetenskap får 2016 års lika villkorspris för sitt jämlika och inkluderande ledarskap.
Lika villkorspriset vid Uppsala universitet delas ut till en person eller en grupp som utfört framstående insatser för främjandet av lika villkor inom universitetet. Förutom utmärkelsen får pristagaren ett anslag på 25 000 kronor. Både studenter och anställda kan nominera till priset.
2016 års pris delades ut på Lika villkorsdagen 19 september till Anita Hussénius vid Centrum för genusvetenskap. Motiveringen lyder:
"Anita Hussénius praktiserar framgångsrikt och jämlikt ledarskap och sätter personalens intressen, trivsel och säkerhet i första rum. Hon jobbar på ett hierarkilöst och inkluderande sätt; alla medarbetare behandlas som lika värda oavsett yrkestitel, härkomst, sexuell läggning, könsidentitet, funktionalitet eller meriter. Idéer och förslag från personalen tas emot på ett uppmuntrande, pedagogiskt och konstruktivt sätt vilket skapar en öppen och inkluderande atmosfär på arbetsplatsen."
