Spel är inte bara underhållning utan kan också leda till personlig utveckling – när rätt spel möter rätt spelare vid rätt tidpunkt. – Spel är ett väldigt speciellt medium eftersom spelaren ansvarar för sina handlingar och upplever världen genom konsekvenserna av sina handlingar. Det här är en aspekt man talar mycket om när det gäller spel för inlärning men också i samband med spel för personlig utveckling, berättar Doris Rusch i den här filmen.
